It is with great pleasure that we unveil our new look Coup de pates® Spring | Summer catalogue for 2016.

As always, our new catalogue has been inspired by the contemporary world of foodservice and reflects the specialist products that Coup de pates® is proud to be associated with, whether it be Semi-prepared, Reception, Patisserie or Fully Finished.

Looking back, 2015 was an exciting year. In January 2015 we successfully launched the Coup de pates® brand to the UK market as our specialist chef to chef brand. 

Over the summer period, we were delighted to announce that James Tanner had agreed to be our brand ambassador for Coup de pates® UK. Having held the highly respected and prestigious position of Salon Culinaire Director for the last 3 years, his knowledge and insight into the world of chefs is invaluable in ensuring Coup de pates® remains the brand of choice for professionals.

Autumn brought to life the initiatives that we have committed to supporting. Our Chefs of the Future programme, Chef’s de l’Avenir, was launched and in the Winter of 2015/16 we have seen the young chef Emily Moorhouse, come through the process and be crowned winner of our first competition, Chefs at Play.

What can you expect from 2016?

To start, we have added some exciting new products to our portfolio. We now have a range of premium Irish Buttermilk Scones, a collection of Mini Global Savouries based on classic South American and Asian recipes, and two traditional French Tartelettes; Lemon Meringue and a classic Chiboust.

2016 is the year we further improve our delivery service for customers. We’ve implemented a new transport system that allows us to achieve significant improvements in tracking and visibility of your deliveries enhancing our ability to satisfy your needs and bring you the best customer service standards.

Finally, Emily Moorhouse – Chefs at Play Winner 2015, will get the opportunity to work alongside James Tanner and our Young Chef Ambassador Thomas Leatherbarrow, on a future product for Coup de pates® and complete our first instalment of our Chef’s de l’Avenir programme.
